Hector Clark is a Melbourne based photographer and installation artist. Clark explores themes of identity, gender and fashion. In his portraits Clark uses props and installations to mask and morph the body. For one of his works, Clark made a 4-metre tall dress to make his subject that wore it, appear enormously tall and towering. By morphing the subject around objects on set, Clark shows us how malleable the human body is.
Hector joins the Pink Lemon team for our Amalgam project. His photographs of flowers were used as prompts for stories created by the Amalgam creative writing team.
Welcome to the Amalgam team, Hector.
